1. Client satisfaction is important; therefore the client is entitled to 100% reimbursment of any monies paid in the event of non-publication of Entertainment Bazaar.

2. A 50% deposit is required upon booking; the balance is payable upon publication.

3. Entertainment Bazaar reserves the rights to cancel any order if deposit is not secured.

4. Invoices and a copy of the magazine will be delivered upon completion of the publication.

5. Invoices are due as payable within 30 days from invoice date. a 1.5% compounded monthly interest is charged monthly on outsanding balances beyond 30 days of invoice date.

6. To protect the interest of the client, and to ensure quality, Entertainment Bazaar reserves the right to reject advertising that is considered objectionable in either appearance and/ or wording.

7. Any cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to Final Booking date, Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a 50% charge. Any cancellations made after the *Proof date will be subject to a 100% charge.
